Installation Instructions

  • Preparation: Clean and deburr the pipe ends. Ensure the fitting and pipe are free of dirt and moisture.

  • Apply Solvent Cement: Using a brush, apply a layer of solvent cement to both the pipe and the inside of the fitting.

  • Assembly: Insert the pipe into the fitting, giving a slight twist to ensure proper contact.

  • Curing Time: Allow the assembly to cure for the recommended time before pressure testing or use. Typically, 24 hours at room temperature for full strength.
